The UESR is a union of sovereign and equal republics in Europe All united by the goal of uniting Europe under one flag a Socialist and Democratic Europe.

Political system
The political system of the UESR is based on free elections and democracy.
In every town will be elections for the People´s Federal Parliament every town resident can candidate for it. but only the resident with the most votes get a seat in the PFP.
The Unitary council consists of each mayor of the PSG
50% of the members from each council make up the Democratic People´s Council
The DPC elects the Council of Ministers/ elects every secretary
the Unitary Council and the COM elects the President
Every member of the DPC can candidate as president
